Hi, I'm İhsan.
Senior DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes. I also build iOS and Android apps with SwiftUI and Kotlin — designing with MVVM architecture and shipping things that actually work. Based in Istanbul, Turkey.
The day job
I'm a Senior DevOps Engineer currently working at Şanstech, managing hybrid infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and on-premise Rancher environments. I work with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, Rancher), build Terraform IaC modules, and develop CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
Before that, I worked at Veloxity building data analytics pipelines with Databricks and PostgreSQL, and at Pointr managing software infrastructure deployments.
The side projects
WIPLabs is where I build mobile apps. It started with a practical need — helping a family business track orders and operations — and grew into a bigger interest in building apps that solve real everyday problems.
I'm a junior mobile developer in this space and I'm okay with that. The engineering discipline from DevOps carries over — I care about reliability, clean structure, and shipping things that actually work.
Beyond the keyboard
I grew up in Kayseri playing handball from a young age — and sport has been a constant throughout my life. Basketball, tennis, badminton, football — if it involves moving, I'm probably into it.
Last year I took that further and founded an amateur handball club in Kayseri. I was everything at once — coach, player, logistics, planning, and funding. The club ran its course and is no longer active, but building something from scratch with pure motivation and no budget taught me more than I expected.
